The Niche Finder Podcast

What happens when accomplished leaders reach a point where success no longer feels unclear—but incomplete?
They’ve built meaningful careers, earned credibility, and made impact. Yet many sense there is a next expression of their work that hasn’t been clearly articulated or translated into today’s content, media, or leadership landscape.

The Niche Finder Podcast explores leaders at that precise inflection point.
This is not a traditional interview show and not a highlight reel of past wins. Each episode documents what comes after clarity has already been earned. Guests featured on the podcast have engaged in a private executive roadmapping process prior to recording—where ideas were refined, priorities aligned, and a focused next chapter emerged.

The conversation itself is reflective, not performative.
Rather than discovering ideas live, guests walk listeners through:
What clarity they arrived at
Why this next chapter matters now
How their experience translates into a relevant, modern niche
What has shifted in how they see their work moving forward
For listeners, the podcast offers a rare vantage point—a 30,000-foot view of how experienced leaders remove noise, align strengths, and intentionally step into what’s next.

For guests, it provides space to clearly articulate their next chapter without oversharing confidential process or promoting an offer.

Our belief is simple:

"If innovative change is the engine, your unique dream and ability are its fuel."

Hosted by Clifton C. Manning, executive coach, leadership strategist, and creator of the Dream Octane Niche Finder framework.
